All about Woodseat's Community Garden

Nathan (Nate) is the current chair and cofounder of the garden. Nathan is a chartered landscape architect with over 25 years of experience, a university teacher in the School of Architecture and Landscape and the current chair of the Sheffield Street Tree Partnership. Nathan lives and works in Woodseats.

Established in 2021, Woodseats Community Garden has transformed an underused grass field behind St Chad's Church, Woodseats, into a thriving community-managed garden where biodiversity, education and wellbeing sit alongside one another.

Located off Camping Lane, Woodseats, S8

The site is roughly 0.35 ha / 3,500 m² / 0.86 acres in size

Number of regular volunteers is around 40, with over 100 coming infrequently.
